Figra is an Excel add-in designed to support data visualization and figure generation workflows, primarily for research and educational purposes.
By using Figra, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the add-in.
Subject to these Terms, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Figra within Microsoft Excel for personal, academic, or organizational use. This license does not permit redistribution, modification, or commercial resale of the software.
Use of Figra requires registration. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
Figra may be used for lawful purposes only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws, institutional policies, and data protection requirements. Users must comply with applicable export control laws and regulations when using Figra.
Figra is intended as a productivity tool to assist with figure generation. The developer does not guarantee the scientific validity or correctness of any output generated by the software. Users are solely responsible for verifying that figures, statistical results, and other outputs are appropriate for their intended use, including academic publication. Users are solely responsible for the data they process using Figra.
Excel data (charts, figures, and numerical values) is processed entirely within the user's local environment and is never transmitted to the developer. Registration and survey responses may be submitted via Google Forms, a third-party service operated by Google LLC. Such submissions are subject to Google's privacy policies and terms.
From time to time, users may be invited to participate in optional, voluntary questionnaires within the add-in. Participation is always optional — skipping will not affect access to Figra. Responses are collected anonymously and may be used in aggregated form for scientific research, publications, or studies of the research community.
Figra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that Figra will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use Figra, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All rights, title, and interest in Figra remain with Yoshiaki Sato.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Figra after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
